Traffic Calming Islands Approved for Lynwood Blvd and W. Tyne Drive City of Belle Meade Commissioners have approved final design plans for two traffic islands on Lynnwood Boulevard and a new all-way stop to be installed at Lynnwood Blvd and Iroquois Avenue and three traffic islands on West Tyne Drive between Belle Meade Blvd and Page Road.
