The City of Belle Meade uses an online, centralized system to post, manage, and award bid opportunities by Bidnet_Direct. Through this system, vendors can be notified of product-specific or service-specific opportunities to compete for the City’s business at the time the City is soliciting quotes, bids, proposals or statements of qualifications. The City of Belle Meade has partnered with the Tennessee Purchasing Group to post bid opportunities. To register at no charge, follow the registration path and select “Limited Access” option which will provide you with automatic e-mail notifications at no charge. This option will alert you anytime you match with new bid opportunities from City of Belle Meade and any other participating agencies.
