Authorize Certain Members of TCRS to receive 5% Benefit Increase

A resolution to authorize certain active and retired members of the TCRS and the superseded state retirement system to receive the 5% base retirement benefit increase adopted by the Board of Trustees of the TCRS pursuant to T.C.A. Section 8-36-124.
