An Ordinance providing for the acquisition, by purchase, of certain real property within The City of Belle Meade, now owned by Walter D. Ragan and wife, Nelle Ben Ragan, and occupied by Pan-Am Service Station, Lynn Meade Restaurant, and Belle Meade Police Station; and appropriating funds for such purchase; and granting authority to the Mayor of The City of Belle Meade to do any and all acts and things necessary in the premises.
