An Ordinance to make it unlawful to engage in gaming, lotteries, games of chance, betting, wagering and any other form of gambling in The City of Belle Meade; and declaring it illegal for any person to engage in, encourage or assist in gambling activities, and providing definitions of words used herein; and prescribing penalties, and including forfeitures, for violations hereof.
