An Ordinance to Authorize the Mayor of The City of Belle Meade to enter into an agreement with The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, to provide that all funds which would otherwise accrue to The City of Belle Meade may be paid by The State of Tennessee to said Metropolitan Government for use in construction, operation, and maintenance of schools provided by said Metropolitan Government; and authorizing the Mayor to negotiate on behalf of The City of Belle Meade toward such agreement and to report and recommend same to The Board of Commissioners for approval; and to provide for evidence for such approval by resolution of The Board of Commissioners.
