An Ordinance to amend an ordinance adopted by The City of Belle Meade, Tennessee on third reading, February 16, 1939, entitled “An Ordinance of The City of Belle Meade to fix the time and place at which the regular meetings of The Board of Commissioners shall be held, so as to provide that the Mayor shall be authorized to fix the place of the regular meeting with regard for the convenience of the Commissioners”.
