The City does not charge a fee for this permit. No more than one (1) sale may be conducted at the same location in any one (1) calendar year. Such sale may not extend over a period of more than two (2) days.
You are allowed ONE sign to be posted at the property where the sale is being held. The sign must be less than eight (8) square feet in size and only posted during the time period permitted for the holding of the sale.
