An Ordinance by The City of Belle Meade to make unlawful the construction of any privy or outhouse used as toilet unless the same be equipped with running water and connected with an approved septic tank; and to provide that this use of any privy or outhouse used as a toilet at the present time and not equipped with running water and not connected with an approved septic tank, may be enjoined by The City of Belle Meade if the same be unsanitary to the extent of constituting a menace to the health of any of the citizens of Belle Meade.
