SECTION 1. The speed limit for all motor vehicles, excepting trucks, on Lynwood Boulevard and Lynwood Terrace between Harding Road and Harding Place be and the same hereby is reduced to 25 miles per hour. The speed limit for all trucks traveling on Lynwood Boulevard and Lynwood Terrace between Harding Road and Harding Place shall continue to be 20 miles per hour.
